With deep experience in recruiting and people operations, Puja has partnered with high-growth companies, investment firms, and executive teams to identify talent that supports both immediate needs and long-term growth. Her background spans recruiting strategy, client management, and operational support across fast-paced environments.
Known for her discretion and intuition, Puja looks beyond the resume to understand alignment, motivation, and cultural fit. Inspired by her Hong Kong roots, Puja named the firm after the bauhinia flower, the emblem featured on Hong Kong’s flag and a symbol of elegance, resilience, and connection.
